Armenia's ex-President Serzh Sargsyan is under threat of incarceration for appropriation of large amounts. He has already been charged and may be sentenced from 4 to 8 years in prison. According to existing information, the Armenian ex-President has appropriated around a million dollar from the country's budget, with the money having been allocated to diesel fuel subsidies for farmers in 2013.
