"Shusha has been declared the cultural capital of Azerbaijan," the relevant decree was signed by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the local media reports.
According to the document, the Shusha should regain its historical look and become a visible example of rich culture, architectural and urban planning.
