Following the Russian Federation, the United States, and France's request, the UN Security Council has decided to hold closed consultations on the Karabakh military operations on October 19, Deutsche Welle reports.
Earlier, the UN Security Council held closed consultations on the escalation of the conflict in Karabakh.
On the September 29 meeting, the Security Council members called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to swiftly end hostilities and hold negotiations.
