"In the South Caucasus, we welcome the resumption of direct dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia," US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Stockholm.
He also added that he calls on the parties to make progress on humanitarian issues such as demining the liberated territories.
"We call on the parties to work on other unresolved issues, such as the delimitation and demarcation of the border, the resumption of economic and transport communications, and the continuation of relations with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in order to establish lasting peace in the region," said the US Secretary of State.
