American actor, star of the movie "Alien" Yaphet Kotto died, the Daily Star reports.
The actor's wife confirmed the statement. The couple has been married for 24 years.
In addition to "Alien," which brought Yaphet Kotto fame, the actor has starred in the films "The Star Chamber," "The Running Man," "The Puppet Masters," and also appeared in the role of the main villain in the James Bond film "Live and Let Die."
The cause of death is still unknown. The actor was 81 years old.
