An exhibition of ancient Chinese currency has opened at the National Museum of China. The State Council spreads the information about this.
The exposition combines 200 000 units of ancient currency and more than 200 other types of cultural relics.
Among the exhibits are primitive seashells, early knife and shovel-shaped coins, and paper notes used during the Yuan dynasty.
