The Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the framework of the ongoing investigation into the illegal crossing of the state border of Georgia by Mikheil Saakashvili, on the basis of a judge's ruling, arrested one person, G.N., born in 1989. Report.ge was informed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcers have already arrested three people on the same charges in the case.
"The investigation is underway under the second part of Article 375 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies unconditional coverage of a serious crime.
The offense carries a maximum sentence of up to 4 years in prison.
