Tomorrow the court will decide on the seventeen people arrested for Giorgi Shakarashvili's death. The court session will be held in the Mtskheta regional court.
Procurator asked for the pre-trial arrest of the accused.
Procurator has accused 17 people of the group abuse against Giorgi Shakarashvili, organization of group abuse, illegal detaining that correspond to the crimes described in article 126 prime, part b, and g; article 225 part 1 and 2, article 143, part 3 a).
Giorgi Shakarashvili was announced in search on June 19. The football player was found dead after four days of rescue-search works.
