The judge of the City Court, sentenced Giga Makarashvili to 12 days in jail. Irakli Kacharava and Davit Mzhavanadze will spend 4 days in prison. Irakli Nadiradze, the member of the National Movement was sentenced to 13 days in jail. Dimitri Bidzinashvili was sentenced to 13 as well.
As for another detainee, Paata Sosanashvili, he received a verbal warning.
The judge made decision about six other people.
Luka Chichinadze and Giorgi Bunturi were sentenced to 5-day imprisonment. Elguja Bagrationi 12 days, Beka Basilaia 13 days and Zuka Berdzenishvili 7 days.
Guram Mchedlishvili, was ordered to pay a fine of GEL 1,000.
The detainees are charged under Articles 166 and 173 of the Administrative Code, which implies imprisonment or financial sanction of 15 days. A total of 37 people were arrested during the rally.
