The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia says that the Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department investigator inspector identified only as L.Z was detained over a premeditated murder in Georgia's Zestaponi municipality.
Together with L.Z, two other persons, known only as R.B. and Kh.G., were also detained _ the former for illegal purchase and storage for firearms and the letter for destroying evidence.
According to the statement by the Prosecutor's Office, investigators learned that on 30 Jun 2021, verbal altercation among guests in a Zestaponi house was followed by a physical conflict, during which R.B. shot V.B. with L.Z.'s gun. The victim died before hospitalization.
The investigation of the case is in progress.
