The judge, Giorgi Arevadze, recused himself. Arveladze was the judge dealing with cases of Nika Gvaramia, Kakha Damenia, and Zurab Iashvili. Earlier, judge Giorgi Arevadze fined Nika Gvaramia with GEL 500 for "insulting the court and the judge."
