Employees of the Marneuli District Division of the Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative and investigative actions, arrested Z.G., born in 1971, on charges of violating privacy. According to the agency, the crime is punishable by 4 to 7 years in prison.
"The investigation established that the accused illegally, secretly shot a video and photos of an intimate relationship with an acquaintance, after which the material was illegally distributed.
The investigation is underway on the fact of violating the secret of private life under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of Georgia," the Ministry of Internal Affairs reveals.
