Officers of the Investigation Service detained one person on the fact of keeping and selling excisable goods subject to marking without an excise stamp.
As a result of the search, 367 STIX non-excise electric cigarettes containing nicotine intended for sale were found. The total market value of the seized goods is GEL 7,340.
The investigation is underway under the second part of Article 200 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment for a term of 4 to 6 years.
