Employees of the Isani-Samgori Main Division of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative actions, charged T.K., born in 1990, convicted of the same crime in the past with violence. He was arrested in Tbilisi.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation established that an employee of Victoria Security Ltd - T.K. physically assaulted Z.T., born in 1977, on June 17 of this year, on the grounds of a dispute. Law enforcers arrested the accused on the hot trail the next day after the incident.
The investigation is underway under Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates violence.
