The Tbilisi City Court will review the issue of taking a restrictive measure against Giorgi Akhlouri accused of murdering his brother, at 12:30 tomorrow.
The court hearing will be held remotely and presided over by judge Lasha Kldiashvili.
The detainee has already been charged; however, his lawyer Tamar Gachechiladze says he refuses to plead guilty and is exercising his right to remain silent.
Giorgi Akhlouri was detained and charged with killing his 19-year-old brother in Tbilisi on 6 January.
