Tbilisoba 2019 is celebrated on October 5-6. The selected places for the events are: Rike, Leghvtakhevi, Metekhi Bridge, Orbeliani and Europe Squares.
According to the Mayor’s Office the festive program is renewed and includes big variety of events: children’s concerts and amusements; culinary and flower festivals; costumed mobs and sporting events; “Multiethnic Tbilisi” in Rike; open market on Orbeliani Square; the project “Conductor”; Pavilions of the friendly cities; musical presentations and etc.
“Open air museum” arranged in Leghvtakhevi will present the projections of Georgian writers, public figures and works of famous artists reflected on the rock.
On October 5 at 20:00 Tbilisi honorable citizens will be awarded and the concert in commemoration of Gia Kancheli - “I am Tbilisi” with the participation of famous artist and art groups and will take place.
