"If we do not help our healthcare system, it is clear to everyone that the high peak of the spread of the virus will be inevitable, which will eventually create an increased threat to our citizens, and will damage the healthcare system," the Chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia stated.
According to Archil Talakvadze, the government has effectively managed to solve the first task, which was to contain the massive spread of the virus, and if people follow the recommendations issued by the state and the established rules, the restrictions imposed will be gradually lifted in May.
"Understanding the responsibility and the rules can be a precondition for Georgia to maintain small numbers at the next stage of the spread of the virus.
The more we follow the rules, the more it will be possible for the society and the country to return to normal life," Talakvadze said.
