Georgian Dream _ Democratic Georgia has issued a statement saying that the UNM-owned TV program has spread fake news on the GD PR strategy drawn up by Israeli consultants.
''The main objective of the program was to help the UNM's satellite politician Giorgi Gakharia save face and sell information on him as misinformation. We want to stress that the slides shown on the party-owned television are fake and similar slides have never been created for the Georgian Dream neither by Georgian nor foreign consultants,'' the statement reads.
The statement goes on to say that it is the UNM's habit to spread misinformation, lies, and hatred. ''We call upon the UNM and its TV companies to waste less energy on disseminating lies and get ready for inevitable failure in the elections,'' the statement concludes.
