Tbilisi mayoral candidate Giorgi Gakharia went to the polling station to cast his vote.
"It is obvious today, especially after the last month, that we are choosing between the past and the future, renewal and the past. These two forces push us into the past. Therefore, I am confident that every citizen of Georgia today will make a wise choice for the future.
I want to call on the citizens of Georgia to go to the polls today. Let no one deceive you; this is not just a municipal election," said Giorgi Gakharia.
