Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili said that they had succeeded in holding peaceful and free elections.
According to Gharibashvili, with its 47%, the Georgian Dream has won elections convincingly and once again gained the public's trust.
''The United National Movement and destructive forces have been defeated once again _ the eighth time in total.
The opposition has failed to achieve its objective to provoke a political crisis in the country. The runoff has been scheduled in as few as 20 out of 64 municipalities,'' the PM declared.
