"Ukraine and Georgia have many common challenges, common interests, today we discussed a number of issues related to bilateral relations as well as multilateral relations," Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili stated at a joint briefing with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
The head of government said he was concerned with his Ukrainian counterpart over Russia's military activation in the occupied Crimea.
"Our countries have very close relations and cooperation. There is a very warm, friendly relationship between our peoples, which is confirmed by our visit today. We have common challenges and problems, such as the threats posed by Russia and the dire consequences of the occupation. I reaffirmed with my colleague our strong support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine," Irakli Gharibashvili said.
