"Citizens have the right to hold a rally, but the restriction on movement after 22:00 is the same for everyone," the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, said.
According to Kaladze, any violation by the citizens will be followed by an appropriate response.
"An appropriate response will follow any violation," Kaladze said.
Starting from today in Georgia's big cities: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Rustavi, Zugdidi, Gori, and Poti, the movement will be restricted.
