US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan says what is happening along the administrative border is unacceptable.
The ambassador hopes that Russia will fulfill the commitments it made in 2008.
"What is happening along the administrative border is simply unacceptable. This is pressure, harassment and it must stop. This will stop as soon as Russia fulfills its obligations under the 2008 agreement to withdraw its military units. This is a very simple step that Russia must take. This is what everyone expects to see, to end the harassment of Georgian citizens and to contribute to the atmosphere of discussion. We hope that Russia will soon fulfill its commitments made in 2008," Kelly Degnan said.
