According to Kutaisi mayoral candidate Khatia Dekanoidze, observers saw the so-called "carousel attempt" and money transfer during the election process.
The United Opposition candidate also spoke at the briefing about the obstruction of observers in the election process.
"There was an attempt of a "carousel" at the 7th polling station; a marked citizen tried to enter a building for the second time. This is the falsification scheme and mechanism used by the representatives of the Georgian Dream. In the 40th district, the fact of distributing money from a car parked near was observed, which happens in many places. We have many facts connected to bribery, which we will present to journalists very soon.
Starting from the morning, our observers had problems in all polling stations in Kutaisi; many of them were not allowed to enter the polling station. But, a particular problem was created in the placement of observers behind the registrars. We had to write complaints in this regard," Khatia Dekanoidze said.
