Leader of the Lelo for Georgia opposition party Mamuka Khazaradze will visit the United National Movement party leader Nika Melia in jail.
As Khazaradze says, the main issue of the meeting will be the creation of an investigative commission to investigate the events of June 20 and the bail proposed by the European Union.
"Fifty MPs are required to create a parliamentary commission. Lelo's position is as follows - all topics related to June 20 developments must be made public. I will talk to him about the collateral offered by the European Union. This pledge is a chance, and its use will be a slap in the face for the Georgian Dream. In other countries, such guarantees are not issued; the European Union does not issue warrants for crimes," Khazaradze stated.
