The light was turned off at the 62nd polling station in Vazisubani. Tbilisi mayoral candidate Nika Melia, who arrived at the scene, said that an unknown man had managed to stuff the box with falsified ballot papers. According to him, a complaint has been written on the issue by the IFED representative.
"They are losing this election. They have lost all major elections. At Mr. Kobakhidze's heated briefing, he admitted that they are losing municipalities. After about 40 minutes, they seem to have received an order from their assets and are committing similar actions as best they can," Nika Melia said.
