Mamuka Khazaradze, the leader of the Lelo party, says that the Georgian Dream lost the elections in Tbilisi and urges the public, commission members, and team leaders to protect their votes.
"In many places, the election process was quite rough, and we have more than 100 protocols that we will provide to our international observers. Let's protect the votes in the polling stations," said Mamuka Khazaradze.
