Vakhtang Gomelauri, Minister of Internal Affairs met with Dursun Hasanov, Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia. The Ambassador passed the official greeting letter to Vakhtang Gomelauri on his appointment as Minister of Internal Affairs.
Vakhtang Gomelauri talked about the friendly relations between Georgia and Azerbaijan at the meeting with the Ambassador. The sides discussed the close cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the two countries in the field of regional security, as well as the struggle with international organized crime and discussed the prospects of future relations.
Vakhtang Gomelauri thanked the Ambassador for the official greeting letter and talked about the visit to Azerbaijan in the near future.
