At all polling stations across the country, citizens will vote today in a newly designed booth.
According to the Central Election Commission, the booths have been cut from the front to ensure the secrecy of the voting process. They said voting is a secret procedure, and it is forbidden to take photos and videos in the polling booth to ensure the secrecy of the ballot.
In the first round of elections, on October 2, remodeled booths were used only in Tbilisi, after which the CEC decided to use the newly designed booths in all polling stations.
