A parliamentary majority member Nikoloz Samkaradze defines a ''reprimand by the U.S. Embassy in Georgia'' as unfair.
In Samkharadze's words, the allegation of lack of discussions with opposition parties is untrue. ''Opposition parties were present at the committees both yesterday and the day before yesterday,'' he stated.
The U.S. Embassy in Georgia has released a statement on the proposition of amendments to the Administrative Code legislation.
The statement reads that they ''are deeply disappointed by the ruling party’s rushed passage of amendments to Georgia’s Administrative Code today.''
