The action-march organized by the "National Movement" is over.
The march started from Avlabari metro station and ended at the Presidential Administration.
The main demand of the rally was to transfer former President Mikheil Saakashvili to a multifunctional clinic.
According to Nika Melia, the chairperson of the United National Movement, the protest rallies will be continuous and will be held every day.
"This regime wanted bloodshed today. The international community is convinced that the opposition is responsible and the government is provocative. On the one hand, the life of Mikheil Saakashvili is to be saved, but the main thing is that we must return the state to the path of European development. "Georgian Dream" is playing with fire and playing with human life.
The struggle goes on daily, patiently, non-violently, fiercely. The regime will be defeated very soon," Nika Melia said.
