Ex-pres. Mikheil Saakashvili has spread another note from the hospital in which he responds to the planned Dec 21 rally.
The note says that Dec 21 rally participants will show their power to 'the gang of bandits and murderers' for unemployment, brain drain, political repressions, and other crimes against the country.
''They have held a feast to celebrate ''victory'' in the battle against their own people. We will respond to them irrespective of partisanship or non-partisanship. We will not wait for the oligarch's mercy. They must be asking the Georgian people for forgiveness and amnesty.
TV and Facebook comments only cannot help us achieve our aim. We need to show them our selfless commitment and offer resistance.
In addition to this, I plan to put my proposals forward for the opposition and the Georgian public to resolve this severe crisis, avoid civil conflict and promote Georgia's Euro-Atlantic development,'' the note reads.
The UNM rally is set to be held on Dec 21, with protesters to demand the ex-president's release.
