"On October 2 of 2021, free movement from occupied Abkhazia to the territory controlled by the central government was illegally restricted to all persons except those in need of medical assistance," the State Security Service spreads information.
According to them, such illegal decisions are often related to the security challenges invented by the occupation regime, including the ongoing elections in the territory controlled by the central government.
"Similar damaging practices have been reported in recent years. The central government has activated a hotline regarding the illegal restrictions imposed, and the EUMM has been informed," the statement said.
