According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia, the state of war imposed on the country on September 27 will be further tightened. Under regulations, officials are prohibited from agitating critical information or something that would call into question the country’s defense capabilities. The police will monitor compliance with the rules.
Law enforcers will have the power to confiscate suspicious print, audio, and video materials and authorize the removal of their replication devices as well as the power of temporary detention.
