At the behest of the Armenian military-political leadership, the occupying country's armed forces are flagrantly violating the norms and principles of international law, the Geneva Conventions (1949) and their Additional Protocols and UN Security Council resolutions. Later, the Defense Ministry said that Armenia started firing Ganja.
