Estonia has introduced an initiative to create an international passport for vaccination. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country, Urmas Reinsalu, revealed the information, Eesti Päevaleht writes.

"Estonia has submitted an initiative to create an international vaccination passport at the World Health Organization level. The government would check the QR code, and people would be able to travel freely again," he said.

The Estonian Foreign Minister considers adopting the International Standard on Vaccination a vital step in the resumption of international tourism. Reinsalu said that the introduction of references with QR codes would be done in stages, and it would be good if they were valid in third countries.
