The first patient diagnosed with coronavirus healed in Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, revealed the news during the video statement.
"The patient underwent a repeated laboratory test on coronavirus and tested negative. We are officially declaring that he is the first person to be cured of coronavirus in Ukraine. He will be discharged from hospital today and will return home," Zelensky said.
Besides, Volodymyr Zelensky noted that within the next 48 hours, they would receive 10 million tests, ten artificial lung ventilation equipment, million masks, 400 thousand express-tests, and 10 thousand liters of disinfectant from China.
There are 26 cases of infection detected in Ukraine.
