A new political alliance has been created in Yerevan, named ‘Armenia,’ headed by the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan.

As DW reports, analysts say he is the main rival of Nikol Pashynian.

On May 9, Kocharyan and two political parties agreed to create a new election block, ‘Armenia.’

Leaders of the political alliance presented their pre-election program to 20,000 people.

Kocharyan pledged to develop anti-crisis measures to prevent economic collapse and restore Armenia’s image in the international arena.
