Texas suffered the most from the frost. Twenty people died there. More than 325 thousand families are left without electricity, and hundreds of thousands of families are not supplied with water. There are huge queues at grocery stores and gas stations in Houston.

Record frosts got recorded in 21 US cities, the National Meteorological Service of the country shares the information.

A record low temperature got recorded in 11 states Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
