House of Commons of the United Kingdom: Armenian aggression exacerbates Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

"The act of aggression on the part of Armenia, which took place on July 12, 2020, exacerbates the armed conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which is due to Armenia's control of Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding areas," states the document №717 "Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan" presented to the House of Commons of the United Kingdom.

The House of Commons calls on the British Parliament to condemn Armenia's actions in obstructing the peace process and violating international law and the 1994 ceasefire agreement.

The House calls on the British Government to support the OSCE Minsk Group's call for an investigation to prevent the escalation of hostilities into a full-scale war, and the UK Government should call for the withdrawal of Armenian troops from Azerbaijan as mentioned in the UN Security Council Resolution adopted in 1993.
