The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said that the Armenian Foreign Ministry ignored a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
According to Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister will be in Geneva today to meet with the Minsk Group, while the Armenian Foreign Minister, who was supposed to arrive in early October, is not in Geneva.
"It shows well who wants to negotiate and who just wants to blame Azerbaijan," Aliyev said in an interview with Euronews.
The world community calls on the parties to ceasefire and dialogue.
