President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev spoke by telephone with the mother of Azerbaijani Major General Polad Hashimov, Samaia Hashimova, and the son of Colonel Ilgar Mirzoev Elvyn. Polad Hashimov and Ilgar Mirzoev died at the border.
Aliyev expressed his condolences to the families of the dead and wished them endurance.
