According to the Moscow City Hall, a specialized digital system will be launched in Moscow on April 15 to control the movement of people.
On a special website, citizens will have to register that they want to go out and get a special permit. To obtain a permit, a citizen must specify why he or she intends to go out, is it to go to work or visit a doctor, or for other purposes. The citizen must also fill in the personal data and information about the vehicle they are going to use.
