Representatives of Pfizer say three COVID-19 vaccine doses are effective against the highly transmissible Delta coronavirus variant as they boost protection a hundred times.
The report by the company says that after the third vaccine dose, the number of antibodies becomes quintuple in citizens between 18 and 55 and increases 11 times in 65-85-year-olds.
A total of 83% of the US population are carriers of the delta coronavirus strain, with the US being a leading country globally with its infection rate and death toll.
