"The aggressor military-political leadership of Armenia continues to carry out terrorist acts against Azerbaijan civilians and violates the fundamental norms and principles of international law," the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan said in a statement.
"The Armenian Armed Forces continue to carry out heavy strikes on densely populated areas - district and rural centers, civilian infrastructure facilities, hospitals, medical centers, school buildings, kindergartens, administrative buildings, and other agricultural facilities," the statement said.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan says that Zabil Mohammad Oghli Hasanov, born in 1982, got killed in a shell fired by Armenia at the Tartar bus station.
The criminal case on the incident in Tartar district has started under several articles.
"Currently, the staff of the prosecutor's office is carrying out all possible operative-investigative actions during the fighting," the statement said.
