The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to take timely action to exchange the bodies of those killed. The case concerns the exchange of corpses of those killed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and captives. Reuters spreads the information.
"We are currently in intensive discussions with the parties, but no significant agreement has been reached so far ... Negotiations are ongoing, and we hope that all conditions will be met for the exchange to take place," Martin Schuepp, the ICRC Eurasia Regional Director stated.
He also demanded security guarantees for the representatives of the international organization.
