At the request of the Turkish authorities, the airlines have to impose certain restrictions. Anyone who wants to arrive in Turkey by air has an obligation to fulfill specific rules.
Under the new regulations, only small handbags, briefcases, laptop holders, musical instruments, and their holders, souvenirs purchased at the airport can be carried in the cabin. Other items must be left in the luggage.
In addition, some airlines canceled catering services during the flight. Passengers will only be provided with bottled water. The purpose is to minimize contact with the staff on the plane.
The temperature of all passengers will be measured before boarding. Those who have a cough or shortness of breath will not be allowed on the board.
