As a result of forest fires, Sydney is covered in heavy smoke. Specialists advise residents with respiratory diseases to stay at home and avoid complications.
In some areas of the city the level of smoke is much higher than dangerous.
According to Fire Chief, due to high temperatures and winds firefighters are struggling.
Fire is spread at up to 48 places in the New South Wales. The fire has destroyed 577 houses in the state.
This year the season of fires began much earlier than usual in the spring, followed by unusually warm and dry winter.
