United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken has issued a statement regarding the developments on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Blinken calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to engage directly and constructively in resolving issues.
"We are troubled by the reports of fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We call on both sides to engage directly and constructively to resolve all outstanding issues, including border demarcation," Anthony Blinken writes on Twitter.
