Archaeologists have reconstructed the tiles of the temple on which Christ walked. At the entrance to the temple in Jerusalem, Jesus's foot touched the cold slabs of stone, which were assembled with calculated, earthy geometric figures. The brown-earth figures were scattered and had a glossy surface. Reuters spreads the information.

Based on relics and historical tests, Israeli archaeologists and stonemasons have presented a version of the Holy Floor, which can be seen today.

According to the New Testament, Jesus went to the temple as a boy for pilgrimage and study and, as an older preacher, cast out its money-changers in anger.

The temple was designed by King Herod, as were other grand structures in Roman-era Judea. Surviving tiles from those ruins told the archaeologists that hand-tooled limestone and Dead Sea stone, as well as imported marble, were used to create the floor.
